I participated in the Norwegian baking course, which was the most thoroughly enjoyable day.

The day was very busy, but Becky was always helpful and patient, explaining every aspect of the doughs and other bakes. Some very small aspects of the course were demonstrated but the majority of the course was hands on and practically-based, with Becky guiding you every step of the way.

I had such a great day and learnt a lot, as well as building my confidence working with doughs. The bakes we made were delicious and I can’t wait to join another course of Becky’s in the future.

Would highly recommend.
