We have been in discussion with our Norwegian colleagues regarding gluten free bakes as we cannot source the GF flour used in their recipes. It has been trial and error, but we are pleased to announce our new biscuit - Vaniljedrømmer a recipe from https://www.facebook.com/hildesglutenfriekjokken This is a crisp biscuit with a great 'snap' and went down well with our testers!
