With plenty of rhubarb around, I have been busy making rabarbraterter little rhubarb tarts as well as mandelkake med jordbær og karamellisert rabarbra, an almond cake with caramalised rhubarb. The little rhubarb tarts have been flying off the shelves and every week we have sold out!!
Our first Norwegian Baking Course is being held on Sunday, having been cancelled in March. Our good friends at ScandiKitchen have provided a Taste of Norway as I haven't been able to travel to Oslo to meet up with friends and bring back some goodies! We will put up some photographs of our day and bakes next week!
