Stollen

A yeasted soft dough with crème d'amande, marzipan pieces, rum-infused fruits and mixed peel, finished with a heavy dark rum glaze and smothered in icing sugar. Wrapped in parchment ready for the freezer.
 
Upon delivery of your stollen, slice as required and re-wrap in the parchment, and place in a freezer bag before freezing.
 
Defrost at room temperature.
